Calculation of the reamers working parts for execution of holes IT6÷IT16

Designations:
D - nominal diameter of hole
Dmax - upper limit of hole
Dmin - lower limit of hole
T - hole tolerance
0.15T - batter margin
0.35T - tolerance of reamer
dmax - upper limit of reamer
dmin - lower limit of reamer

Reamer's wear limit in exploitation follows when dmin = Dmin

Way of calculation: dmax = Dmax - 0.15T
dmin = dmax - 0.35T

Values 0.15T and 0.35T are rounded up to 0.001 mm
